In today’s frenetic world, true relaxation is one of life's greatest indulgences. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city streets into a serene retreat at The Marker during your upcoming visit to Dublin. A new, modern oasis in the burgeoning Docklands district, the hotel provides an ideal space for guests to enjoy a relaxing stay while maintaining healthy habits during business and leisure travel.
Guests of The Marker are invited to practice yoga in the comfort of their rooms, or at the secluded rooftop bar and terrace with a complimentary in-room yoga box provided as part of the Marker Equilibrium program. Stretch and strengthen your muscles, realign and restore your posture and balance with all of the necessary implements: a Manduka Prolite mat, straps to help increase your range of motion, a foam block, fresh towels, bottled water, and The Marker’s signature raw juice for a bit of nourishment after your exercise.
Maintain all your healthful habits during a stay at The Marker with a complimentary kit for in-room or rooftop yoga practice.
The rooftop bar’s design is inspired by Ireland’s most untamed landscape, The Burren, a karst terrain located in County Clare on the western coast. Indigenous grasses are interspersed amid the dining terrace's pure white geometric furniture, and grainy wood floors recall the jagged limestone pavement of The Burren.
Each day in Dublin brings new weather and changing views of billowing clouds or pink morning skies, and The Marker’s rooftop bar and terrace promises stunning vistas of the constantly changing perspectives. In Virabhadra, or Warrior II pose, feel the breeze of the Grand Canal basin while gazing out at the Wicklow Mountains just beyond the metropolitan skyline.
Health-conscious travelers will appreciate the opportunity to extend a regimen of self-care beyond the hotel rooftop. Follow up your exercise with a soak in the spa’s infinity pool, recharge in the wellness area’s hammock-like “retro-cocoons” suspended from the ceiling, or revitalize your body with a warming lava shell massage. Or head to the Marker Bar or Brasserie, where cold-pressed juices and healthy dining options bursting with flavor are the order of the day, thanks to executive chef, Gareth Mullins's menus, whose creativity has been noted by the New York Times.
